EstateBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will generate a specific number of leads. Results may vary based on market conditions and broker engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstateBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered brokers of significant changes via email. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
